Call the specialist that your physician has recommended and schedule an appointment. As soon as you have a scheduled appointment, please contact your doctor's medical assistant. If you reach their voicemail, please leave a detailed message including your name, the name of the physician you will be seeing and the appointment date. Once you provide our office with this information, we will provide the specialist with your referral and any other pertinent information. It is vital that you contact our office at least 10 business days prior to your appointment. If you fail to comply with our referral policy, there is no guarantee that your referral will be available for your appointment. Referrals are sent to the specialist one week prior to your appointment.
