In order to refill a current prescription, you must contact the pharmacy for the refill. Please, do not leave messages with the Medical Assistants in regard to prescriptions. Your pharmacy will contact us regarding your prescription refill. Once we receive the request, it will take up to 72 hours to process.
If you require a new prescription for a cough, cold, rash, injury, sickness, etc. you must make an appointment to see your primary care physician. We will not call antibiotics or any other new medications in without being seen.
If you have not been seen within six months, you may need to make an appointment before any new refills will be authorized.
Do not call the answering service after hours for prescriptions or prescription refills. The physicians will not call in any medication refills after business hours, weekends or holidays. No Exceptions!
Mail Order Prescriptions We'll assist you with the process, however, it's your responsibility to send the information into the pharmacy. Again, all requests, once received will take 72 hours to process.
