Each physician has a medical assistant. This assistant is typically assisting the doctor during the day. Therefore, it will be necessary upon calling to leave a message. Please keep in mind, all messages left with the Medical Assistant are discussed with your personal physician. Calls can not be returned until your specific issues are addressed with your doctor. Calls are often returned after 5 p.m. Every effort is made to return calls within the same day.
When leaving a message for our office
- You must state your full name
- Spell your last name clearly
- Provide a phone number
- Your date of birth
- Detailed message
Your call will be returned in the order of importance. Any message left after 3 p.m. will not be addressed until the following business day. Please, DO NOT LEAVE MULTIPLE MESSAGES. This will only delay a response back to you.
Because our Medical Assistants are typically assisting the physicians, we ask that you not come to the office without calling and/or having an appointment. We do not see "Walk In" patients. You will be asked to leave your name and medical concern. Again, it will be addressed in the order of importance.
